How rankings work
Every player’s weekly best counts equally in the country average.
Monday to Monday, 00:00 UTC. Eligible rounds have two extra minutes to finish publishing.
One best complete round per player, sport, difficulty and week. Replays improve your best; scores never accumulate. Equal results share a place.
Country results average every player’s published best. More entrants earn no extra points. Improving your best helps your country; a new player can raise or lower its average.
Every sport counts equally in the medal table: gold, then silver, then bronze. Equal medal totals share a place. Country medals come from country averages; player medals come from individual places.
Archived country results add the five best players’ complete performances. Sprint uses combined distance, finishers, then faster combined time. Curling uses points, buttons, fewer empty ends, then combined closest distances.
Scores are compared before display rounding. Ties share places: 1, 1, 3 means two golds and a bronze.
An unplayed sport earns no medal. A published zero can place. This week’s medals can change until publishing closes.
Country is self-selected. Scores are checked against the game rules. Anonymous profiles do not verify unique people or nationality.
